Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up pack never expire, and are only used once the monthly allowance runs out.
Credits follow buffered provider cost. Live transcription is by far the biggest line — it is charged per minute of each active audio lane — while answers, screen analysis and reports are charged on measured model tokens and cost a fraction as much.
Use Smart Saver: your microphone is transcribed locally while the interviewer's audio uses the higher-accuracy cloud engine. You can also choose fully local transcription, and inactive cloud lanes suspend automatically so silence is not billed.

During a meeting, selected microphone and system-audio lanes are sent over an authenticated encrypted relay for transcription. Provider credentials never reach the app, and screenshots are captured only from the window you explicitly select.
